Michelle is the head baker and creative director of Le Dix-Sept.
Her work is inspired by her time living and training in France-- working in pastry and cuisine at renown Michelin star restaurants, including L'Atelier Joel Robuchon, La Table de Joel Robuchon, L'Angle (maison Taillevant) and L'Agape. Michelle absorbed the amazing culture and language of France as well as learning from both European and American travel.
She believes that beauty can be found in the quotidienne and that we should celebrate our lives every day. For her, this means creating work that brings joy visually and more importantly, the delights the senses.
Michelle works to develop her creativity daily and her purpose is to spread love through thoughtful, soulfully crafted pastry and confections.
