Michelle is the owner of Le Dix-Sept, a botanically inspired pastry and confection company based in San Francisco, California.
Her work is influenced her time growing up in the Arizona desert and Californian sunshine as well as her time living and training in France-- working in pastry and cuisine at renown Michelin star restaurants, including L'Atelier Joel Robuchon, La Table de Joel Robuchon, L'Angle (maison Taillevant) and L'Agape. Michelle absorbed the amazing culture and language of France as well as learning from both European and American travel.
She believes that beauty can be found in the quotidienne and that we should celebrate our lives every day. For her, this means creating work that brings joy visually and more importantly, the delights the senses.
Michelle works to develop her creativity daily and her purpose is to spread love through thoughtful, soulfully crafted pastry and confections.
